Welcome to the new website for the BRIDGEPORT ROD & GUN CLUB. We are located in the town of Cicero, New York at 7470 Bull Street (click here for directions).

The Bridgeport Rod & Gun Club’s annual meeting was held last night (Sept 22nd), we had a great turn out and 4 new board members were elected to the Board, Shea Beachner, Chris Intondi, Ken Isyk and Rick Tassone.  Also we had election of officers, Rick Tassone was elected as the new President, Ken Isyk was elected as the new Vice President, Shea Beachner was elected as the new Secretary and Walt Platt was re-elected as Treasure, congratulation to the new Board Member and good luck in the future.

We would like to express are sincere gratitude to Sam Grosso and Dave Farkas for the outstanding job they have done the past years as President and Vice President, the club has seen a growth in its membership and numerous improvements have been made to the Club, with the addition of surveillance cameras, the expansion of the rifle and pistol range, the addition of a large pole barn just to name a few, also making Club one of the most sought after club in the area for the various Police Departments for their qualifications and training for their SWAT Teams, to name a few Cicero PD, Chittenango PD, Onondaga Co. Corrections Dept., US Marshall’s, NYS Taxation Division. Onondaga Co. Sherriff’s Dept. and their SWAT Team and the Syracuse PD SWAT Team and this list continues to grow.  Again THANK YOU both for a job well done.

MEMBERSHIP DUES FOR 2017 HAVE BEEN INCREASED TO $45.00 PER YEAR – NEW MEMBERS WILL CONTINUE PAY THE ONE TIME ADDITIONAL INTIATION FEE OF $25.

A Bow Hunters Safety Course will be held at the club on Sunday September 25th from 8:00am to 3:30pm.  You must register for the course at the following DEC website:  https://register-ed.com/programs/new_york/166

Bridgeport Rod & Gun Club is proud to introduce our first “Eagle Scout” from Bridgeport Troop 113.  Pictured here left to right are Mr. Mark Rider, BSA Representative from Long House Council,  Zachary Roberts, our first Eagle Scout, and Mr. Darren Roberts, Scout Master and proud father of Zachary. As a club, we should be very proud of this young man for his hard work and service to his community.
